Stop the insanity. Nate talks about why fundamental Christianity is the more divisive form of Christianity. Nate talks the lunacy of our rule of law and our profane system in which so many Christians adhere.

Blessed are people who dwell in unity. Today we are divided on so many issues that we find ourselves living like members of primal tribes. We say we have one faith yet we cast stones at those who do not believe the same way we do. I will show you a better way.

The church of fish, that is what we are. Follower the leader, do not question, God forbid you do not believe everything. Believe it or not we probably lie to ourselves more than we lie to others. Or, I could be telling a lie now? What kind of person do you want to be? A follower or a leader? A person who seeks material gain? Or someone who seeks what is greater? Listen up!

Nate has fun on this episode of The Backyard Preacher. Just hold on and enjoy the ride!

We have seen the church twist scripture to control the population for thousands of years.  Today we have much more information at our fingertips.  Yet control, especially abusive control still remains a problem within the church.  The new Aeon of Christianity follows simple guidelines no rules, no dogma just Spirit led Christianity.

Today the good Rev.  Talks about sexuality a topic that is left out of most churches but must be approached; especially within this New Aeon.  We must not live in shame of sexuality but instead embrace it.

Nate continues in his series of The New Aeon of Christianity.  In this episode Nate examines material possessions.  Also the old aeon method of tithing and giving out of psychological manipulation.  Nate desires to bring the body of Christ freedom from any abuse and bondage brought on by “leaders” within the body of Christ.

The idea of a place of eternal fire and brimstone has scared the money and personal freedoms of Christians for thousands of years.  Yet what does the Bible really say?  Does hell exist at all or Jesus the master of hyperbole using the term as a reference to drive home points within his teachings?

His yoke is easy and his burden is light.  Do not allow yourself to get caught up and become a greater child of hell than the ones putting you in bondage.  Society and especially the church has a market on programming.  Hell is big money and pleasing God based on what your leader says can be detrimental to your mental and physical health.  Nate takes on this issue in part 2 of the discussion.

All of us who have been raised in the conservative Christian church then woken up from the heavy burden of theocracy and mandatory all knowing theology; rules which the teachers do not even follow, understand this journey towards freedom.  It is not always an easy way out!  We have been programmed and now it is time to be free.  Jesus said “My yoke is easy and burden is light.”
